Holiday home Les Petits Berthais is an authentic French cottage which retained the local rural style, yet is renovated and equiped with all modern comfort.

In the house you will find on the ground floor;

- A fully equiped kitchen containing a stove with 4 burners, oven, new dishwasher, new microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There is plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc to make your stay very smooth.
- A large dining / living room with a bar corner where you can enjoy an aperitif.
- You will also find a bathroom with a clean shower, toilet, washbasin and a brand new washing as well as drying machine.
- Finally, the master bedroom with a large double bed 200*180 cm and cupboards for clothes.
The top floor of the holiday home was completely renovated and furnished as a loft space, while retaining the typical wooden beam structure.

- You will find a second bedroom with a large double bed 200*180 cm
- An ensuite bathroom with sink, and a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
- Finally a cozy sitting area with 2 single beds (200*90cm) and a convertable futon (200*80cm) separated with a curtain.
In the fully enclosed garden you can enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4m, non-heated) with sun loungers, a genuine woodburning Barrel Sauna, a cozy terrace with garden furniture, the barbecue and the beautiful sunsets! The pool is separated from the terrace by a fence, making it completely safe for children.

We reside in Belgium ourselves, but are easily reachable and also provide local contacts if something needs to be done. The key transfer is done through a securelock safe operated through bluetooth and a code received with an APP on your phone.

Pets are certainly welcome provided the house and garden are left tidy. Attention: no four-legged friends in the pool or sauna area.

Unfortunately our house is not 'invalidity compliant' as there are small steps between areas, as well as limited doorwidth due to the age of the building.
